What is it? Get your hands dirty with tasks at this charity agroecological farm! Take part in job including weeding, painting, harvesting, digging, planting out and more - plus enjoy a delicious meal using ingredients grown on the farm.

How long is it?  3 - 4 hours.

How is it hosted? Hosted at the charity farm in north London, the team will take you around the farm and guide you through each step of the process.

How much is it? £80pp + VAT - minimum spend of £720 + VAT.

When is this available? Thursdays and Fridays, from March until November.

What does an agroecological farm experience entail?

Looking for a unique team-building activity? From March through November, your team can connect with nature and each other by volunteering at our charity-funded agroecological farm in North London. Whether you're seasoned gardeners or complete novices, you'll enjoy a rewarding day working alongside our team, learning about sustainable agriculture, and contributing to the farm's daily operations. Activities include weeding, harvesting, painting, digging, planting, and more. Come rain or shine, we guarantee a fun, engaging, and impactful experience that will strengthen your team connection and create meaningful impact.

Questions you might ask…

  • Agroecology is focused on farming in harmony with nature. It recognises the vital connections between soil, plants, wildlife, and people, fostering healthy ecosystems and thriving communities.

  • The farm does have bees and chickens, but the farm primarily grows fruit, vegetables and herbs.

  • Our hosts will be ready for you rain or shine! Please dress for the season - wellies may be needed in wet weather.

  • Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and we’ll tro our best to ensure the meal can be accommodated for this. We cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross-contamination with major allergens.

  • The farm works on seasonal rotations, and isn’t able to take on visitors during December to February.

  • A significant proportion goes towards staff time, equipment, and materials for your day and additional income will support the educational programmes on the Farm.

  • Due to the uneven terrain and working nature of a farm, this experience has limited accessibility.

We’re delighted to be partnering with an farm in north London, ran by a charity. They use the best practices in agroecological farming, which means that they look after the soil, wildlife and team to grow crops that are both delicious and nutritious.

Cultivating on just under 2 acres., they grow vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers that is sold to the local community as well as supplying their partner school's canteen. They also keep bees and chickens, who do their part by pollinating and fertilising the land.
