An Active Approach To Wellbeing.
What is it? Recharge, revitalise and rejuvenate your team with this session that provides tips for boosted energy, reduced stress and elevated mood. This is a 45 to 60 minute wellness talk that combines interactive exercises for guests along with a masterclass in wellbeing with speaker Sarah. Guests will take part in some guided breath work and chair yoga whilst learning how to improve their wellbeing throughout their daily routine.
What does it entail? This is a talk that not only combines a masterclass in active wellbeing but also includes movement and breathing exercises for the guests to participate in.
How long is it? This experience is roughly 45-60 minutes.
How much is it? From £600 + VAT
Where can it be hosted? It can be hosted in your office or a venue of your choice, all we will need is a sound system or somewhere to play music and space for everyone to sit (and stand at points). If you would like Sarah as a keynote speaker we will need a screen or projector along with the venue. If you would like to book this talk as part of a lunch & learn or team building activity in the office then a screen is not needed.
What are the options?
Office-Styled Lunch & Learn.
A more informal and relaxed discussion on three main areas of our body - our breath, our body and our brain.
Attendees will take part in breathing exercises that are important in balancing our nervous system and keeping us calm in stressful times.
The group will then take part in some chair yoga in order to relax the body.
Lastly, with tools such as gratitude, visualisation and mindfulness, Sarah will lead you through some exercises that will relax and energise the mind.
Keynote Speaker.
This fun and interactive talk is like no other and it incorporates music, movement and practical mindset tools that people can use to feel better instantly.
This talk combines all the elements of body, breath and brain from our lunch & learn styled workshop but with a motivational talk that will inspire guests to make a change in their life.
People will walk away feeling energised, inspired and in control of their own lives, so that they can harness their own power to lead life THEIR way.

About Your Speaker.
Sarah has been delivering corporate yoga and wellness packages to a large range of well known brands for over 10 years. She is originally from Canada and started off as a yoga teacher but is now predominantly an international keynote speaker for corporate events. Her passion is showing people how to use their body, breath and brain in a way that will keep them healthy and happy for as long as possible. Sarah is also the host of our Disco Yoga experience, which is an event that combines some of her favourite things – music, wellness, movement and fun. She tailors her events to meet the health goals of both the companies and the individuals, all designed to enhance overall productivity, creativity and wellbeing.
