What is it? This is an active party class where you will boogie & stretch out to disco tunes. Our yoga instructor and resident DJ will have you up and moving. It is perfect for a team pick-me-up or energiser for the start of the day.
How is it hosted? Our yoga instructor and DJ will join you in a venue of your choice & bring all the equipment needed for you to move and be comfortable. Guests are encouraged to wear comfy clothes & even throw in a little sparkle.
How much is it? From £800 + VAT.
Where can it be hosted? It can be hosted in your office or a venue of your choice. Our hosts will bring a sound system if not already provided by the venue & they will bring yoga mats.

The class will start with an initial DJ set to get people grooving, followed by energising moves and routines that can be done while standing and not in active gear. The actual "class" is recommended for 20-30 minutes with about 20 minutes on either side for music!
