What is it? This is a produce workshop where you start from the basics! Pick chillies from the farm and then make a chilli sauce over an outdoor fire.
How long is it? 2 - 3 hours.
How is it hosted? Hosted by our farm team, they will take you around the farm and guide you through each step of the process.

Where is this hosted? This is hosted at the farm in north London. Available Autumn until mid December.
What does a Chilli Sauce Making workshop entail?
Over the 2-3 hour experience you will:
Pick the chillis to use in the sauce
Light the fire to cook the chillis on
Prepare the vegetables and ingredients
Cook the sauce over the fire
Jar the sauce
Taste sauce with some fresh vegetables from the farm.

We’re delighted to be partnering with a farm in north London, ran by a charity. They use the best practices in agroecological farming, which means that they look after the soil, wildlife and team to grow crops that are both delicious and nutritious.
Cultivating on just under 2 acres., they grow vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers that is sold to the local community as well as supplying their partner school's canteen. They also keep bees and chickens, who do their part by pollinating and fertilising the land.
