Mindfulness Coaching For Teams.

Breath work, meditation & yoga for corporate teams.

What is it? We have a range of mindfulness exercises and coaching provided by meditation instructor Nick. These workshops are great as either an icebreaker during a meeting, a lunch & learn or afternoon relaxation.

What are the options? You can choose from meditation, breathwork, chair yoga, mat yoga and a gong bath. All leave you with a sense of mindfulness and a clearer head and more relaxed body. It is really beneficial for teams to receive this kind of exercise during their work day to increase productivity.

How long are they? These workshops can be 30-60 minutes long.

How much is it? From £250 + VAT, please enquire for a bespoke quote.

How is it hosted? Hosted by our instructor Nick, he will host the workshops at your office or a venue of your choice. All you will need is space for each participant to complete the exercises - for the breathwork, meditation and chair yoga there will be less space required than the mat yoga and gong bath. There are no other venue requirements apart from a PA for large events. The mats are supplied for groups of 10, any extra mats will have an extra cost.

Nick is a yoga & meditation teacher and gong musician. He work with companies is there to support employees mental and physical wellbeing. He designs and implements programmes that help build and maintain good health by reducing stress and increasing flexibility, energy and mental clarity. 

Nick spent the first part of his career working in marketing agencies and corporate organisations so understands the demands made on people and how they can lead to unhealthy pressure. Nick has worked with a range of clients from tech start ups and small accountancy firms to schools, publishers, law firms and advertising agencies, Amazon, Samsung and the Civil Service.

These workshops are perfect for adding into your work day in months or days in the calendar when we celebrate mental health. You could choose these for some January wellbeing, Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Positive Thinking Day in September, World Mental Health Day in October and Stress Awareness Day in November. Pricing.

  • Workshops start from £250 + VAT in London for sessions up to 30 minutes

  • Workshops including mat yoga & gong bath start from £350 + VAT in London for 40-60 minutes

  • Please enquire for longer sessions and sessions outside London, half day rates start from £600 + VAT

  • Mats for Mat Yoga are supplied for up to 16 people, an additional 45 mats can be provided at £1 + VAT each. Please enquire for groups with over 61 guests.
