Caroline.
Caroline is a Registered Nutritional Therapist. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2012, she took radical changes and transformed her health, expanded her knowledge of her own body and found her passion: helping others develop understanding of their own health and supporting them through their journey. Her goal is for you to feel more energetic and live your life to its potential.
Whilst specialising in women’s health she supports her clients who suffer from a range of issues, including weight loss and maintenance, intolerances and digestion, metabolism and energy, sleep problems, menopause and much more.
Natasha.
Natasha is a qualified Nutritionist Dip(ION) with over seven years of experience working with clients to target health conditions and weight loss. Natasha works with clients to understand their objectives, medical history, current health status and diet, and uses a functional medicine approach to address and support underlying health conditions.
Natasha has experience working with gut health, immune support and autoimmune conditions, hormonal health and weight loss.
Rachel.
Rachel is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach specialising in burnout. Whilst working in very stressful jobs in her 20's Rachel experienced uncomfortable digestive symptoms, hormone imbalances and anxiety- believing it to be the norm. By addressing her nutrition and relationship with food, alongside understanding what lifestyle approaches worked best for her, she was able to transform her health and wellbeing. Rachel is now passionate about supporting professional people to do the same, and to improve their health and wellbeing for good so they can be at their best - personally and professionally.

Our nutritionists can offer 1:1 sessions to dive in to an individuals journey and habits to tailor advice to improve their wellbeing. They can come in for half day or full day clinics and everyone will take home an un-tailored plan afterwards which hopefully after their 1:1 they should be able to personalise more for the future.
