Capture the moment for your corporate event.

What is it? Capture the memories and document your corporate event with our event photographer! He will roam the room discreetly to take shots of guests mingling and connecting, and can arrange any group shots needed. We can also offer a headshots service, which is a brilliant way to ensure your full team has a professional photo for your website or portfolio.

How long is it available? You can book to have a full day (up to 9 hours) or a half day (up to 5 hours), or can book an hourly rate for either 2 or 3 hours.

What is included? A full day includes 200 edited images, or a half day includes 100 edited images. For a shorter hire on an hourly rate, images are charged individually for the amount needed from £1 + VAT per image.

  • Photography half day (4-5 hours) - up to 100 edited images included - £725 + VAT

  • 3 hours - £360 + VAT

  • 2 hours - £240 + VAT

  • 1- 25 images - £1 + VAT per image

  • 26- 50 images - £0.75 + VAT per image

  • 51+ images - £0.50 + VAT per image)

  • 2 hours/ 20 team members = £300 + VAT

  • 3 hours/ 30 team members = £440 + VAT

  • 4 hours/ 40 team members = £590 + VAT

  • 5 hours/ 50 team members = £740 + VAT

  • 6 hours/ 60 team members = £880 + VAT
