Puppy Yoga & Puppy Therapy.
The paw-fect option for supporting your team’s mental health.
What is it? Book one of our puppy experiences to give your team a much needed break and boost of endorphins! You can book either our puppy yoga classes or puppy therapy. In both sessions your team will get to spend time with a litter of puppies!
How is it hosted? We will bring the litter of puppies to you with a handful of event coordinators so that the puppies and your team are well looked after.
What will you need? We will set up in advance of your session and bring everything that is needed, all we will need is a large room space for either activity.
How long is it? Yoga sessions last an hour with the option to have 2 sessions back to back. Puppy therapy you can book 10 x 20 minute sessions, so your team can sign up to their preferred slot.

The Puppy Classes.
Puppy Yoga Classes.
Enjoy 2 x 1 hour puppy yoga classes (2 hours in total).
For 18-20 people per class (total 40 guests).
We start the yoga class off with a 15-minute gentle yoga practice to get everyone warmed up. After a health and safety briefing the puppies will make an appearance for some puppy cuddles and playtime.
We finish with everyone on their backs lying down on their yoga mat with a puppy placed on their tummy (if they stay!) for extra relaxation.

Puppy Yoga & Play.
1-hour puppy yoga session and a 30-minute puppy playtime session (1.5 hours in total).
18-20 guests.
The 30-minute playtime is normally great for employees who might not know each other, giving them a chance to mingle and have some extra cuddle time in a relaxed environment.
Your yoga class will include all the fun activities listed in the activity on the left.

Puppy Therapy.
10 x 20-minute puppy therapy sessions (almost 4 hours including 30 minutes for the puppies to rest).
Up to 6 attendees at a time to enjoy some puppy therapy (60 people in total).
We would create an enclosed white picket fence environment with blankets, pillows and puppy toys and your attendees could book 20-minute slots on our booking system throughout the day where they can visit the puppies for some much-needed time away from their desks.

80 Square Meters to accommodate 18-20 people plus a small break-out room to host the puppies during the yoga session (secure empty room)

18 Square meters to accommodate 6-8 people
20 Square Meters to accommodate 8-10 people
The floor can be carpeted (Artificial grass will protect any flooring underneath)

How do we make sure our puppies are safe?
We have a minimum age of 8 weeks for the puppies to be able to join us for socialising. Puppies will also have had their first injection and have been dewormed. As some of the puppies won't have their second vaccination until after they go to their new homes we make it a priority to have the studio fully sanitised.
All of our toys, blankets and puppy beds are washed at 90° to kill all the nasties at the end of each session.
We ask all participants to take off their shoes before entering the studio to prevent the risk of catching any diseases and parasites. This is also done to prevent toxocariasis which is an infection caused by small worms found in the poo of some dogs, cats and foxes.
We spray all the yoga maps with Parvo-Virucide which is a disinfectant/cleaner to kill any germs proven by The Central Vet Laboratory.
We work with local breeders to ensure our puppies get the best start in life by providing safe yet fun environments for them to socialise and develop.
Both options are very beneficial for the puppies as it allows them to socialise with new people in different environments which creates less separation anxiety when they officially go off to the new homes.
Our sessions are a great way for the mother to gradually detach herself from the puppies prior to them leaving for their forever homes. The short amount of time the pups are away from mum is beneficial for both her and the pups as it can help the natural weaning process and help develop puppy independence and confidence.
After their socialisation session they return home to their mum each day and each week they get more and more confident leaving her for a few hours. They are only with us for a few weeks during their socialisation period, after this time they will all go to their new homes.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of animal welfare and ensure that our puppies receive the love, care, and attention they deserve.
