What is it? Welcome class of 1984 to your retro sports day! Get those shell suits and leg warmers at the ready because your about to remember how to egg and spoon, 3 legged race, hula hoop and dance off.. The perfect team experience to get them moving, working together and having fun in the sun.
How is it hosted? Hosted by our two queens of retro fun, Tizzy and Ditzy - they will both be on hand with megaphones to bring the energy to your event.
How much is it? From £890 + VAT
How long does it last? 90 minutes
Where can it be hosted? In an outdoor space of your choice, no equipment needed - we will bring everything!
What does a Sports Day include?
It will involve classic sports day activities such as sack race, egg and spoon, hula hoop and much more. As well as a dance break to finish off the event - everyone will work in teams to compete against each other. The aim is to collect the most points for your School House and take home the plastic trophy.
We do love a competition so teams will face off against each other in the fun and games and there will be a winning team awarded with trophy, medals and adoration but just incase you would rather watch from the side lines, there will a picnic blanket where you can sit down and heckle the competitors.

What are the tech requirements?
Small office or workspace.
e.g an office kitchen/ staff room; office board room/ training room; Up to 60 pax (approx)
1 Speaker PA with at least 1 x mic port & audio port
1 x microphone
This example system is a one speaker unit with everything built in including 2 x wireless microphones. It would require a mini jack to phono/RCA (AKA aux cable) for audio. If microphones aren’t inbuilt in the one speaker system it needs a microphone port - either large Jack or XLR.
Medium or large room.
e.g open plan staff area/ kitchen; foyer of office; open plan bar; 60+ pax (approx)
2 Speaker PA with mixer with multiple ports for mic & audio
2 x microphones
Mixing desk is required for good balance of sound in medium to larger spaces (minimum of 2 mics needed for these group sizes; and PA & mixer ideally compatible with DJ controller)
This example is a 2 speaker PA with a separate mixer with multiple mic and line inputs. It needs XLR to XLR cables for the mics. DJ or alternative audio will plug into the XLR. Quarter inch jack or RCA input. If a DJ is booked, they will bring their own DJ Controller and cables, unless the venue has an inbuilt system for DJs. Please have your AV technician, hire company or office manager assemble and test the kit before the arrival of your performer.
