What is it? This fun virtual team bonding activity is an introduction to some of the world’s best craft chocolates. Chocolate has more varieties of flavour, taste and texture than just about any other foodstuff or drink (including wine) on the planet.
How is it hosted? It is hosted via Zoom by our chocolate expert. You will also be able to interact and ask questions as well as answering polls via an interactive platform.
What will you receive? You will receive a box of chocolates, all from different craft chocolate companies, these can change depending on the month. These will be delivered to you prior to the tasting.
How much is it? £45pp + VAT with a minimum spend of £450 + VAT.
Duration? 60-90 minutes.

What does the Chocolate Tasting entail?
You will use your eleven chocolates in your kit to explore chocolate's history, geography and science. And, of course, we'll dive into the depth and complexity that chocolate's flavour offers when it's savoured.
When we get into the session, our host will take you on a tour of craft chocolate, through its winding curious history, across its diverse geography and into its fascinating science. We will also spend some time discussing the important issues in the chocolate world, and how you can be a more ethical and sustainable chocolate enthusiast.
We'll taste a huge diversity of chocolates types, including dark, milk and white bars, and we'll explore how to savour them. For vegans there is an alternative tasting kit, which replaces the dairy bars with plant-based alternatives; so everyone can be included.
Throughout the session, you'll be able to interact with the session using a virtual tool. You'll be able to share your thoughts about the chocolate flavours, as well as engage with Q&A.

Classic Craft Chocolate Tasting.
This chocolate tasting is special as you get to try lots of different craft chocolate brands which are not always readily available. The chocolates are not flavoured as you will learn that the way chocolate is made provides different flavour profiles without flavouring. You’ll taste eleven different craft chocolates, your host for the evening will be one of our chocolate experts.

Whisky & Craft Chocolate Tasting.
The session is an exploration of the world of chocolate and Scotch whisky, our experts have found intriguing ways to pair these. There are some amazing parallels between craft chocolate and malt whisky; the focus on purity of ingredients, the dedication and craftsmanship of producers and also the fine flavours of whiskies and chocolates interact in surprising and interesting ways.
