During the session you will have direct access to leading experts and receive practical tips to take forward into their every day or support those in their network. These sessions are designed for all.
What are the options? Choose from the three topics below to share with your team as a virtual masterclass, a lunch and learn or book multiple sessions as a virtual course.
How long is it? 40 minute talk with 20 minute Q&A.
How much is it? £750 + VAT for groups of up to 50 people, please enquire for larger groups.

This talk will cover:
Matriarchy and patriarchy - discussing balance between gender concepts to find harmony between the two and what they mean for a healthy working environment
What’s a cycle? Understanding the different energy cycles men and women function from with an opportunity to explore the narrative for non binary
Breaking down the cycles; looking at the circadian rhythm (the day cycle) and the monthly cycle (aka menstrual cycle for women/humans with a womb) and how they can impact emotions, communication, relationships and health
Integration - how to create an include greater habits that decrease overwhelm, increase energy and maintain motivation and productivity
You will leave with a clearer understanding of gender based health, how to create it and the confidence it needs to support it.
A powerful period approach toward success.
Finding your zones of genius within the female cycle for an organic sustainable approach toward success.
This talk will cover:
Success - how are are our current beliefs and habits of health and wellbeing getting us to our goals and intentions
The Menstrual cycle - what is it? Looking at how the hormones create changes in energy, communication, relationships and productivity
Harnessing zones of genius - using the hormones to find where our ideas, communication, and problem solving zones of genius are and how we can access them
You will have a foundational understanding of how to find your zones of genius and start making space for them to grow.
Female health diary management session.
Making female health easier to maintain and support by upgrading the way we see and plan our diaries.
This talk will cover:
The basics - recalling the foundations of cycle length and hormonal changes
See your cycle in action - breaking down the weeks of the cycle, the zones of genius (idea’s, communication, problem solving, relationship goals) and your habits to find your monthly pattern
Cycle mapping - using the cycle map to start diarising healthier opportunities of self regulation to maintain balanced levels of stress and health management; i.e. diarising speaking opportunities/presentations and financial problem solving at specific times that can reduce error and emotional reactions
These sessions create an ongoing confident, calm safe space to maintain cycle syncing on a personal and business level.
