“Get To Know Your Team” Trivia.
How well do you know your team?
What is it? This is a fast paced and fun take on a classic trivia game hosted by our facilitator Mollie. We add a twist: instead of random facts, this game is all about getting to know your colleagues better in a fun and memorable way.
How is it hosted? Hosted on Zoom, or another video platform of your choice, by our professional facilitator Mollie.
Why choose trivia? It’s an opportunity to build relationships & it is perfect for teams that know each other and want to get together for a laugh and some bonding time.
How long is it? 60 minutes.
How much is it? £675 + VAT for groups up to 40.
What will the “Get To Know Your Team” Trivia entail?
To kick things off, participants will secretly answer a few simple questions about themselves, which we will use to create the trivia prompts on the spot!
You’re guaranteed to learn something new about each other - whether you’ve recently begun working together or have done so for years!
During the session, our host will lead the group through a series of question activities that get everyone engaged
We'll use those clues to build the game, which is fun and insightful and often full of laughs
At the conclusion of the game, we'll share a dashboard of aggregate data collected from your team in case you’d like to keep the conversations going!
There is also the opportunity to have a 15 minute introductory call with your hosts ahead of your event so that you can discuss what you would like to get out of the session.
Meet your host, Mollie.
Mollie is an executive coach and VP of Learning & Community. Having led various business functions through periods of fast growth or strategic pivots, her examples are rooted in relatable experiences, and she offers tactics that are easy to grasp and that stick. Mollie’s specialty is in asking the right questions at the right time, to empower others, build trust and elevate business impact. Previously, Mollie worked in the financial sector at organisations as well as Client Services and Investor Relations roles. She brings her wealth of knowledge and people skills to ensure your team feels engaged whilst they connect in a relaxed but informative session.
