What is it? We have a range of virtual mindfulness workshops provided by meditation instructor Nick. These workshops are great as either an icebreaker during a virtual meeting, a virtual lunch & learn or afternoon relaxation for your remote team. Team wellbeing is even more important in remote-based teams, so why not choose one of our workshops to enjoy regularly with the team.
What are the options? You can choose from meditation, breathwork, chair yoga, mat yoga and a gong bath. All leave you with a sense of mindfulness and a clearer head and more relaxed body. It is really beneficial for teams to receive this kind of exercise during their work day to increase productivity. Easily hosted virtually with people joining from home.
How long are they? These workshops can be 15-60 minutes long.

How is it hosted? Hosted by our instructor Nick on Zoom or your preferred video platform. All you will need is easier a chair or some floor space with a mat to enjoy these workshops.

Nick is a yoga & meditation teacher and gong musician. He work with companies is there to support employees mental and physical wellbeing. He designs and implements programmes that help build and maintain good health by reducing stress and increasing flexibility, energy and mental clarity.
Nick spent the first part of his career working in marketing agencies and corporate organisations so understands the demands made on people and how they can lead to unhealthy pressure. Nick has worked with a range of clients from tech start ups and small accountancy firms to schools, publishers, law firms and advertising agencies, Amazon, Samsung and the Civil Service.
