Financial worries seem to be keeping more and more people up at night, a new term Financial PTSD is that constant worry about money that creeps in. In this session, we will look at the basics of budgeting, setting up an emergency fund, understanding debts and net worth together as to map the basics of your finances. Once you grasp your personal financial landscape, the path to financial wellbeing seems easier to attain. Financial wellbeing is still a topic that a lot of women don’t like to approach or feel uncomfortable in doing so, so this talk led by our expert Mar is a great way to help start the conversation.
