Will it be desk yoga or classic yoga?
What is it? Enjoy a yoga class or a desk yoga class with one of our yoga instructors. They will join you and your team, taking you through a yoga flow routine. Easily accessible to all, our instructor can alter sequences to suit the ability of the group.
What are the options? Our host Nick can run a Classic Yoga session or a Desk Yoga class. Please see the details below.
How long is it? It can be any length up to 60 minutes.
How much is it? From £200 + VAT for up to 10 pax, £15pp + VAT for participants thereafter.
How is it hosted? Hosted by one of our yoga instructors, they will lead you through the yoga sequences and help guests with technique.
How can it be hosted? It can be hosted in the office or a venue of your choice. Our host will bring all the equipment needed to your venue, whether this is mats or bands. If you need a venue to be sourced please enquire for options and prices.
What are the options?
Yoga:
Enjoy a mindful moment in this private 40 to 60 minute Yoga Class. It is a great way to rewind and relax, do a full body stretch, and learn techniques and movements that you can use in the future.
Your instructor will bring 16 mats, please let us know if you need more at £1 + VAT each.

Desk Yoga:
Yoga at your desk has been created to help ease all those common desk-related aches and pains. Perfect for when your shoulders feel like they are joined to your ears, this is a 15 - 30 minute class.
You will need a steady chair (ideally no wheels) and wall space in the room where the event is held.

Your host, Nick.
Nick is a yoga & meditation teacher and gong musician. He work with companies is there to support employees mental and physical wellbeing. He designs and implements programmes that help build and maintain good health by reducing stress and increasing flexibility, energy and mental clarity.
Nick spent the first part of his career working in marketing agencies and corporate organisations so understands the demands made on people and how they can lead to unhealthy pressure. Nick has worked with a range of clients from tech start ups and small accountancy firms to schools, publishers, law firms and advertising agencies, Amazon, Samsung and the Civil Service.

Nick also teaches a series of mindfulness workshops including breathwork, chair yoga, mat yoga and a gong bath. - these can be combined with a meditation session for an even deeper session of relaxing and focus.
