Virtual Group Mobility and Stretching.

What is it? We’ve all got aches and pains, not helped by sitting at a desk for long periods of time. That’s why it’s so important to know how to stretch and mobilise your body to prevent long term injuries. This class will be hosted by a Chiropractor who will teach the group how to stretch safely to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
Who will host my workshop? The workshop will be hosted by Dr. Tom who is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist in New York City.
How is it hosted? On either Zoom or Webex.
How long is the event? 30 Minutes.
How much is it? From £550 + VAT.
What is the desired group size? Groups of all sizes are welcome to take part in this workshop.
What will Dr Tom teach you in this session?
You will be taught a series of stretches and mobility exercises that you can practice throughout the working day to alleviate muscle fatigue, tension and poor posture.
There are four sessions to choose from, depending on which body area is needing release, or alternatively you can book a series of sessions to cover all four:

Why is a Group Mobility and Stretching session beneficial for the team?
A stretching workshop is highly beneficial for desk-based teams because it addresses the negative effects of prolonged sitting and sedentary work. Regular stretching helps improve posture, reduce muscle tension, and increase flexibility. It promotes blood circulation, which can alleviate aches and pains associated with desk work. Stretching also enhances mental focus and productivity, boosts energy levels, and reduces the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Ultimately, it s a great investment in team well-being and prevents the negative mental and physical impacts of a desk-based working day.
Workshop themes.
Meet Dr Tom.
Dr. Tom conducted his undergraduate studies at Wesleyan University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors and was captain of the 2012 New England Wrestling Association Champion wrestling team. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Magna Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College, where he was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honors Society and worked as a teaching assistant and tutor.
Outside of work, Dr. Tom enjoys reading, lifting weights, and spending time with his partner, Ashley, and their dogs, Steve and Henry.
