We have put together a series of stress-reliving experiences from our wide range of offerings. Whether they are a mindful and relaxing creative workshop, an active wellbeing class that leaves you instantly relaxed or a team wellbeing seminar to teach you stress-relieving tactics, there is something for every team building occasion.

Working with clay is inherently mindful and helps focus the brain. In this workshop you will make your own clay sculptures with our host. This is a great mindful afternoon team building activity for your team.

A wellbeing workshop hosted by our life coach Fabienne where you will learn tips and tricks to tackle burnout and stress. This workshop is a great way to bring attention to stress in the workplace.

Mindful Art Workshop.

This is mindful pattern-making at its best. Using simple strokes, called Elemental Strokes, which repeat and build on each other, you will learn how to create some lovely patterns or "tangles", freehand. Mindful Art has many wellbeing benefits including an increased sense of self and improved attention span.

Shake Yourself Awake.

Shake your stress away in this dance and meditation workshop. This is a great workshop to use as a daytime energiser for your team & a great rest from the busy working day. Uplifting and stress-relieving, this wellbeing workshop for your team will make an immediate impact on their stress levels.

Tapping Workshop.

This is an EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, Tapping Workshop. This is a stress management tool that involves tapping your face at “energy hot spots” or meridian points. Tapping at these points in sequence restores your energy balance and can relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused.

Meditation.

Meditation is a stress-relieving technique that has been used for centuries. It is easy for everyone to get involved in. Join one of our mindful meditation coaches for a virtual or in-person meditation which leaves your group feeling less anxious and more relaxed in the mind and body.

Managing Stress.

This wellbeing workshop is hosted by life coach Fabienne and she will teach you how to manage your stress and balance your life. We all know that stress will come and go in our lives and sometimes there is nothing we can do about stressful situations arising, so this workshop is here to give you practical tools to figure out how to navigate it.

Yoga.

Join our yoga instructor for a mindful and relaxing breath work class and yoga workshop. Perfect for de-stressing quickly. You can choose beginner, intermediate and advanced classes and our instructor will match the class to suit your needs. You can also choose the type of yoga whether it is more mindful and stretch based, or more dynamic.

Breathwork Class

In this session our mindfulness coach Nick will teach you how to use breathwork to relieve stress and tension. Such a simple yet affective practice, you can easily implement this into your everyday life post-class.

Gong Bath

Sit or lay down and let the sound wash over you. The mind and body responds to the sounds of the gong, it’s like a sonic massage. The gong has a therapeutic value to detoxify, reduce blood pressure and relieve stress.

This is your introduction to facial cupping. A deeply relaxing, non-invasive treatment where you use silicon cups that act as suction tools across your face and chest. You will learn key cupping techniques, working through the whole face to lift, sculpt & relax.
